The job in Tillicum
Tillicum is the part of Lakewood that most of Lakewood drives past on the freeway. It is a real neighborhood with its own park, its own school and its own main street, tucked between the lake and the base. Most of the homes here are rented, so in Tillicum we expect to hear from landlords and property managers as often as from the people living in the house.
That changes the job. A landlord in Tillicum usually wants the walk, the driveway and the siding done between tenants, the yard cut back, and whatever the last tenant left behind gone by the weekend. We do all of that in one visit and send photos when it is done, so you can sign off without driving over.
For the folks who do own here, especially on the lake side, it is the usual Lakewood story: shade, moisture and moss on the north slope of the roof every fall. We soft wash roofs, never blast them, and we treat them so the moss is slower coming back.
