Steilacoom has the oldest houses in the state and a lot of them still wear wood siding. You do not point a pressure washer at 150-year-old cedar. House washing here is a low-pressure soft wash that lifts the green off without lifting the paint, and we say no to any job where the right answer is a paintbrush instead.
Newer streets up the hill are more ordinary: concrete drives, composition roofs, cedar fences, and the same moss and algae as Lakewood next door. Salt air off the Sound does not help. Those get the standard treatment, and the roofs get a soft wash and a moss treatment.
We are in Lakewood, which is the road you take to get anywhere from Steilacoom anyway, so we are usually close. Text a photo of the problem and Michel will quote it the same day.
