We do the whole outside in one visit, photograph it, and text you the photos so you have them for the inspection whether you are still in town or already on the road.
We work the neighborhoods where JBLM families actually live: Tillicum and the rest of Lakewood on the McChord side, DuPont and Steilacoom on the Lewis side, and the rentals in between.
